Help for Starting a Course

With the links across the top select 'Course Home' or 'All Courses'. This will bring you to a page that will look similar to the one above. Once there you can select a category like 'Exercise' or 'Infants'. Now lets take a look at the next picture.




The categories expand and show the courses that are available within that category. To start a class click on the class and it will take you to the beginning of the class. If you have taken the course before it will be removed from this list and will be available under past courses, you can get to past courses from the link at the top or the link at the bottom of 'Course Home' or 'All Courses'.

If you would like to see all available courses, more than what is recommended for you. You can click the 'All Courses' link at the top of a page or, or there is a link at the bottom of 'Course Home'.
